Titan and Project 23 to Zero had an incredible time showcasing what we do to all those in attendance at CTM’s Slay Rides event at The Treasure Coast Mall recently. With over one thousand in attendance, we were excited to not only spread the word about what we do as a company but why we do it as well! As the sun set, the night was overcome by hundreds of cars, trucks, Jeeps and other unique modes of transportation shining bright with their rims, specialty modifications, sound systems, strobe lights and yes… even a backseat chandelier!
Throughout the event we were able to meet other business owners and give out plenty of business cards. But the real fun? The kids! At this event the kids had ALL THE POWER for one night only! The winners in each category were not voted on by other participants, judges or anyone over 4 foot tall. The winners were entirely voted on by the kids!!!! At our booth, we had a few kids that kept bringing their parents back for more – they couldn’t get enough of Orange Star Crush, a friend’s Jeep that had not only Santa and a tree on the back, but Frosty himself on the rooftop. Our favorite moment of the night was seeing an upset child just barely old enough to talk turn the corner, look up, point and exclaim “Hi, Frosty! Mommy, look, it’s Frosty!” Thank you to all the kids that brought your parents over to learn more about Titan and the services we provide!

Titan is grateful to have joined the Jupiter Jeep Club as they prepared the 1,300+ wreaths that were distributed at the graves of fallen Veterans at Forest Hill Memorial Park in Palm City. Volunteers moved and unloaded the trailers of boxes where refrigerated wreaths were then stacked in small piles at the ceremony site. We then straightened the bows, making sure they looked their best for the families that would honor their loved ones on this day. In more than 2,500 locations across America and throughout the world at 12pm local time, ceremonies were held in honor of those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. Families of all ages could be seen finding the graves with a small American flag indicating a Veteran’s final resting place. A wreath was then placed and their name and rank said aloud so they would not be forgotten. “Thank you for your service!” could be heard near and far as wreaths were placed as far as the eyes could see.
Children that could barely walk were seen placing the wreaths, then given a special memorial teddy bear they could take to remember their contribution on this momentous occasion. What a sight to see ages 1 – 99 unified in honoring not only family and friends, but complete strangers that were treated with equal honor and respect. Titan had the honor of placing many wreaths as we helped at the end also find the remaining soldiers who could not be forgotten.

Titan will be joining the Jupiter Jeep Club as they lay wreaths at the graves of fallen Veterans on National Wreaths Across America Day on December 18th. Wreaths Across America coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies at more than 2,500 locations across the United States, at sea and abroad.
As explained directly on their website… “We understand we have Veterans Day in the fall and Memorial Day in the spring, but our service members sacrifice their time and safety every single day of the year to preserve our freedoms. In many homes, there is an empty seat for one who is serving or one who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. There is no better time to express our appreciation than during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. We hope you will join us at any of our more than 2,500 participating locations to show our veterans and their families that we will not forget. We will never forget.”

Sarah joined dozens of volunteers for Operation Thank You, an annual event in which the Chamber thanks their over 1,000 members by delivering goodie bags that include the annual business directory. It was such a privilege to represent the Chamber through this event and meet many of the local businesses owners, that like Titan, are giving back to the community. Some of our “thank you” went to local hotels such as The Comfort Suites Hutchinson Island, Best Western Stuart, Salvation Army, Stuart Sheriff’s Department, and the local community college along with local real estate companies, attorneys, funeral homes, storage facilities and mental health facilities in our area.
