This is the second time I’ve used Titan to clean my concrete barrel tile roof. From the jump they were a pleasure to work with. They accommodated my schedule with a quick turn appointment. Everything was clearly coordinated along the way. They showed up on time, consulted with me before starting, and got to work. When complete, the roof looked great and the cleanup thorough. Upon further examination over the next couple days, I noticed they had really gone above and beyond with cleaning associated areas, including gutters and some structural details. A solid example of getting what you pay for, and then some. Highly recommend.

Wow! Working with Titan pressure washing was amazing. The property that was cleaned had been neglected for 30 years, lichens and mold covered the entire house, in fact it was difficult to tell the color of the paint and it was an eyesore. I was stunned when I returned after Titan cleaned it. It now looks like a charming old Florida house! They were on-time, texted to tell me they were arriving, contacted me when the job was finished, Titan went above and beyond any expectations. After many years of having my roof cleaned, Titan did the best job! The roof looks like new after the soft wash and the driveway, walkways and patio look great after the hot pressure wash. My landscaping around the house was carefully covered and the rinse water from the roof was bagged and removed…not allowed to go into my lawn. I am extremely pleased and will use them again in the future. Don’t hesitate to call Titan!

I hired Titan to soft wash my roof since my roof is getting up there in age and wanted to extend the life of the roof as well as clean the dirt and grime that accumulates naturally. The roof looks great! They protected my plants, bagged the runoff from the gutters and covered all of my plant material that may come into contact with the wash.
