Good company, good work, good attitude.

This is the second time I've used Titan to clean my concrete barrel tile roof. From the jump they were a pleasure to work with. They accommodated my schedule with a quick turn appointment. Everything was clearly coordinated along the way. They showed up on time, consulted with me before starting, and got to work. When complete, the roof looked great and the cleanup thorough. Upon further examination over the next couple days, I noticed they had really gone above and beyond with cleaning associated areas, including gutters and some structural details. A solid example of getting what you pay for, and then some. Highly recommend.

Wow! Working with Titan pressure washing was amazing. The property that was cleaned had been neglected for 30 years, lichens and mold covered the entire house, in fact it was difficult to tell the color of the paint and it was an eyesore. I was stunned when I returned after Titan cleaned it. It now looks like a charming old Florida house! They were on-time, texted to tell me they were arriving, contacted me when the job was finished, Titan went above and beyond any expectations. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them without any reservations.

They did an awesome job, I was very happy. Husband and wife company and Sarah handled the business side. She was great at communicating quotes, appointment reminders, etc. Casey handled the operations side and did quality efficient work. Before and after photos surprised me. Already set my next appointment for annual cleaning.
