This is the second time I've used Titan to clean my concrete barrel tile roof. From the jump they were a pleasure to work with. They accommodated my schedule with a quick turn appointment. Everything was clearly coordinated along the way. They showed up on time, consulted with me before starting, and got to work. When complete, the roof looked great and the cleanup thorough. Upon further examination over the next couple days, I noticed they had really gone above and beyond with cleaning associated areas, including gutters and some structural details. A solid example of getting what you pay for, and then some. Highly recommend.

Wow! Working with Titan pressure washing was amazing. The property that was cleaned had been neglected for 30 years, lichens and mold covered the entire house, in fact it was difficult to tell the color of the paint and it was an eyesore. I was stunned when I returned after Titan cleaned it. It now looks like a charming old Florida house! They were on-time, texted to tell me they were arriving, contacted me when the job was finished, Titan went above and beyond any expectations. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them without any reservations.

They did an awesome job, I was very happy. Husband and wife company and Sarah handled the business side. She was great at communicating quotes, appointment reminders, etc. Casey handled the operations side and did quality efficient work. Before and after photos surprised me. Already set my next appointment for annual cleaning.

Sarah, an owner of the company is extremely professional and well informed on the pressure cleaning protocols and she also possesses national credentials that far exceed local licensing requirements. I was referred to Titan by the roof contractor who installed our roof almost 10 years ago acknowledging that Titan is very respectful of the property and takes necessary precautions to ensure the clients roof and property are protected. Titan Pressure Washing did a fantastic job, very impressed with the outcome on a roof that had never been cleaned. We will definitely be contacting them for future pressure washing needs!! Sarah was an absolutely superb and personable communicator. Could not be done better. Casey and his crew left the roof looking like it was new. They also spotted some trouble spots and sent recommendations for other roofers who would fix such things. Full body service!
