They also spotted some trouble spots and sent recommendations for other roofers who would fix such things. Full body service! I had my roof cleaned by Titan Pressure Washing yesterday, November 13, 2023 and I was thoroughly satisfied with the attention to detail and meticulous process in preparing my landscape for the treatment to be administered. There were many darkened tiles on my roof before the treatment and now my roof looks great, so much lighter and brighter. This treatment is guaranteed for at least 2+ years and when that time is up, I will call Titan Pressure Washing again for service. Sara the representative that came to my house explained the service and answered all my questions in a respectful and knowledgeable manner. Casey and his assistant were top of the line and very courteous and professional to my husband and I. Thank you for a job well done.

Glad to hear all the positive comments about Titan. I have used them as well a few times and more than pleased with their service. The biggest factor in deciding who to choose for any kind of work is always pick "local". And you can't get any more local than someone who lives in your own backyard. After all, what company is going to do a bad job when the whole community is likely to hear about it. Reputation is everything.

I never write reviews but I am so impressed with the owners and their service I just had to express my satisfaction. A business that shows up and has great work ethics is hard to find. Their prices are extremely fare for the service they provided. Go ahead give them a call you will be glad you did.

Let me first say that they are the best company we have used for exterior surface cleaning. We have lived in the same house for 35 years and have used quite a few companies! Our roof, pool enclosure and deck were cleaned on this job. The care taken and extra steps to ensure that our surrounding areas (lawn/garden/pool) were protected was unsurpassed. Their attention to detail on their contract eliminated any possible surprise. The level of communication with Sarah was so appreciated. If that isn’t enough, they helped me with a paint-on-asphalt situation that was not even related to what they were working on for us. It is like calling a friend for the best advice. Please use this company….you will be impressed and use them for life.
